A very pleasant stay Unexpected delightful hotel, it gave us all that we needed, quiet night, good bed, nice shower.And the breakfast was definitely a 5 star experience for us.
Not my first stay here, but not been in seven years. The place is still in good order, plenty of parking and only 20mins from Belfast Stena ferries or just under 30 to P&O at Larne. Service is great, both here and the Brewer's Fayre next door. I had the Stack Burger with chips and coleslaw which was very filling. Carlsberg only £4.30 a pint and, while still not proper bar hours, this place at least, called last orders at 10.15 rather than herding guests off to their cells at 9.30! Well done Carrickfergus, such a refreshing change!
Stayed Thursday 13th for one night. Paid £48, amazing value for money. The check in women in the evening was super lovely and same for the early morning check out women on Friday morning at around 7. The beds are always comfy, if you had noisy neighbors then that might of caused some noise but I have no doubt that the staff would always do what they can. For the value it was brilliant but the staff were the highlight without a doubt. We also had dinner and drinks in the restaurant where, Ben Lauren and Rachel looked after us. We wouldn't hesitate to.stay again! Thank you to the lovely staff!
Great location, good price. The thermostat was broken showing 33c while the room was freezing cold. Because of the wrongly function thermostat, the heating didn't work. Good thing the staff was helpful supplying us a portable heater which worked well. We all also enjoyed the breakfast, although the vegetarian sausage and bacon were not tasty. Other food seemed nice.

This hotel is situated next to Carrickfergus harbour with a decent sized carpark. The hotel does have opening windows and no air conditioning like other Premier Inns which for us ,is a huge bonus as hate these systems due to factors like they attract dust and can be quite smelly if not serviced regularly. The staff are always friendly and our room was very clean.
Great hotel! Lovely location. Always a comfy stay in a PI! Extra shout out to the team here for returning items to us we had left behind belonging to our baby. Would recommend and will return again in future.
Great hotel, Carol, Mary and Nichola on reception were just the nicest people, got offed a cup of coffee on arrival, and they were so professional. Ive only just arrived, and check out next week so i will update then, but what a great start to my trip.
